The Level Ultra Cushion is recommended for wheelchair users who require a firm foundation. Available in foam only or gel-foam versions, the wheelchair positioning support cushion is made with a noncompressing firm foam foundation that eliminates the sling-seat hammocking that can cause spinal pressure. The incontinent-proof vinyl cover is included with every style, with factory-sealed seams that fluid can't penetrate. The contoured foundation rests below the wheelchair seat frame to seat the resident lower in the chair.
