Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout whenever possible. For certain large, heavy, or freight shipped items, the final shipping cost may require a manual quote. If any additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you by email or phone for approval before we process the order.
Order processing and lead times
Most in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after we complete payment and address verification. Some products have longer lead times due to vendor availability, manufacturing schedules, or special handling requirements. In some cases, custom or made to order items can take longer. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible and we will provide an updated timeline if a product has a longer lead time.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary based on the product, the shipping method, and the vendor shipping location. After an order ships, many deliveries arrive within 5 to 7 business days, but some items may take longer depending on carrier transit times and freight scheduling.
Freight shipments and additional services
Certain items must ship by freight truck because of weight or dimensions. Freight deliveries are typically scheduled and may require an appointment.
Optional freight services may be available at an additional cost. If you request these services, or if they are required for delivery to your location, we will confirm pricing with you before shipping.

Shipping destinations
We ship within the United States and Canada. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote areas may require additional charges. If additional charges apply, we will contact you for approval before processing the order.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and delivery details are accurate at checkout. For freight shipments, include any relevant delivery notes such as limited access, loading dock availability, or required appointment times to help avoid delays.
