*Free shipping on most orders over $299.00, Heavier items however, are excluded from our free shipping policy. If you have multiple products in your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can help you minimize your shipping rates.
*Please note: Freight services such as lift gate, inside delivery and residential delivery will be charged an additional fee decided by the freight company.
Our shipping rates for the 48 contiguous states in the continental USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and on APO / FPO are calculate at Shopping Cart page.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States will have additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email or phone for your approval.

Some products must be shipped by Truck due to the weight and/or dimensions. If your order contains any oversize item or certain additional shipping charges, a 4MD Medical Solutions customer service representative will contact and notify you before we process the order.
Order Processing Time
It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process.
Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary. Most orders will ship within 2 -3 business days and arrive within 5 – 7 business days. Shipping time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
