This versatile exerciser allows for a great cardiovascular workout with use of either the feet or hands. Its chrome-plated steel frame, lightweight and compact design make it ideal for use at home, at work or on the go. The plastic pedals are equipped with non-slip grips and nylon straps for prevention of feet slipping out unintentionally. The base features anti-slip treads that secure the unit in place. An adjustable center knob at the top of the exerciser provides adjustable pedal resistance for personalized workout. Fully assembled, this exerciser is intended to be used in a seated position; standing is not recommended.
