Sit-Straight™ Cushion w/Release Pommel

The AliMed® Sit-Straight™ Wheelchair Cushion with Release Pommel features a convenient pommel that drops away for transfers. Pull the hook-and-loop strap to access the pommel (attached to the strap so it won't be misplaced), helping the patient to shift forward on the cushion and promote independent movement from sitting to standing. The built-in pommel manages hip adduction and forward sliding, making it ideal for those with windswept deformity or pelvic obliquity as it keeps hips and femurs aligned. Pommel is padded with a 1" layer of comfortable Polyfoam.
