Buffered Iontophoresis Electrodes
PerformaVe Buffered Iontophoresis Electrodes feature a low profile design that is used to maximize drug delivery and improve patient recovery. Made of non-sensitizing, hypoallergenic, medical grade materials, each electrode has a large surface adhesion area that lowers sensation and increases patient comfort. The electrodes also feature a buffering agent that maintains the pH at the ideal target to minimize the effects of hydrolysis during treatment.
Variety of Sizes and Shapes Offer Flexibility
PerformaVe uses state of the art, carbon-Ag/AgCl technology to optimize the capabilities of the electrodes while delivering 33% more drugs and medication. The buffered iontophoresis electrodes come in a variety of shapes and sizes based on approximate fill volume, each individually packaged for single-patient use. These electrodes come in small (1.5 CC), butterfly (2.0 CC), medium (2.5 CC), and large (4.00 CC). For medical professional use only, use these electrodes with most powered delivery devices.
Provides Maximum Current Dispersion
Designed to deliver medication in a safe and precise method, the buffered iontophoresis electrodes provide uniform hydration and maximum current dispersion. PerfomaVe uses a viscosity enhancing agent to distribute the medication evenly and without air pockets. Helping maintain consistent and efficient drug delivery during iontophoresis treatment, the electrodes deliver ions with a pH balance of up to 80 mA-min.
