The Hinged Patella Stabilizer is a neoprene sleeve with a sewn-in tubular patella buttress and removable dual-axis polycentric hinges. The hinges provide additional medial/lateral support, while the adjustable superior/inferior straps provide compression and stability. The Hinged Patella Stabilizer is ideal for medial/lateral instabilities with patella tendonitis, chondromalacia, subluxation, and grade 1 collateral ligament sprains.
