Small Eakin Cohesive Seals should be employed to offer maximum protection against pouch leakage, high absorption capability, healing of sore skin, extended pouch wear time, and "soft" convexity for flush or retracted stomas (though not to replace convex pouches). These are ideal for those who commonly suffer from leakage and skin irritation, such as when output is watery, there are dips and crevices around the stoma, or when the appliance does not fit well.
