The CPT Cognitive Performance Test is a standardized occupational therapy assessment that evaluates functional cognition. Therapists assess how cognitive skills are integrated into everyday activities within an instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) and environmental context. Seven subtasks are scored, and an average score is calculated to represent overall executive processing abilities.
