This Step Up™ Splint offers adjustable tension to minimize mild to severe IP flexion contractures. Comprising latex-free straps and pads, it is measured from web space (MP crease) to fingertip and across the proximal phalanx. It enables full IP extension and can accommodate even 90° or higher contractures, fully correcting to zero°. The base can rotate to match the finger’s angle when pulled into extension, and the non-slip straps provide secure, comfortable force.
