The Integra Miltex 18-34 Wire Eye Speculum is a surgical instrument used to open the eyelids during ophthalmic surgery. It is a 2 1/2 inch long speculum with blades that are 15mm wide. The blades are made of stainless steel and have a wire eye at the end. The wire eye allows the speculum to be attached to a speculum holder.
