The leg pad protects sensitive legs against contact with metal wheelchair parts, and serves as a cushioned leg rest with footrests in the raised position, and prevents legs from slipping off of the footrest. The durable vinyl cover cleans easily with a damp cloth or sponge. A household spray cleaner can also be used for cleaning the pad.
