The Rolyan Rigid Thumb Spica immobilizes the CMC and MCP areas of the thumb. To use, simply slide the thumb/hand into the splint. Secure the strap to the degree that it is comfortable and not cutting off the circulation. The polypropylene can be softened with a heat gun for minor modifications.
