The BD Quikheel™ safety lancet is designed to maximize blood flow and reduce pain while performing heel sticks on infants. Activation of this device is simple and one-handed, releasing a surgical blade which offers a precise and consistent incision. Afterwards, the blade retracts into its housing, helping to protect healthcare professionals and their patients.
