The Back-at-Ya Rebounder is a 7-position, quick-change Square Plyometric Rebounder that can be used for a variety of exercises, including strength training, agility training, and balance training. It is made of a 14 gauge welded steel frame with a white powdercoat finish. The rebounder has a Speed-Change angle adjustment that allows you to quickly change the pitchback angle from 0 to 75 degrees. It also includes an “Easy-Reach” rear ball shelf, Active-Coil helical extension springs, and a set of 5 weighted medicine balls. The rebounder can be used for controlled power training, angled or flat, and it has a weight capacity of 275 pounds. It also has rounded frame corners for added safety and a comfort-grip assist handle for any ability level.
