The Med‑Aire Plus 8″ Alternating Pressure & Low Air Loss Mattress System (10″ Defined Perimeter) is a premium pressure-relief solution for home or long-term care. It combines alternating pressure and low air loss therapy to optimize pressure redistribution, reduce shear and friction, and manage microclimate control. A 10″ static perimeter tube secures the user and prevents falls, while 8″ deep cell-on-cell air bladders help prevent “bottoming out” and provide up to 24-hour protection during power outages. The digital pump includes customizable cycle times, comfort settings, and three visual/audible alarms.
