3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressing is a range of dressings that absorb and retain high amounts of wound exudate. It features a unique wicking layer that evenly distributes fluid both horizontally and vertically throughout the dressing, utilizing the full absorption capacity. The dressing also sequesters and retains bacteria and MMPs away from the wound bed, preventing the transmission risk of infection.
