BD Vacutainer® CPT™ is a one-step, closed system for separating mononuclear cells from whole blood. This simplifies the process of cell separation, minimizing sample processing variance. This sterile, evacuated collection tube contains buffered sodium citrate or sodium heparin anticoagulant, a liquid density medium, and an inert gel barrier. It is designed to collect whole blood and separate mononuclear cells for in vitro diagnostic research.
