The CanDo Folding Exercise Mat is lightweight, portable, and can be used for all-purposes. The mat folds for carrying and storge. Hook & loop fasteners are located along the edges and can join the mats together for a larger working ares. The 1-1/4″ thick foam is covered with reinforced vinly-coated nylon. The mat is able to be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
