The Dura-Gel® SP III wheelchair cushion utilizes non-aqueous Dura-Gel® in three designated pressure zones to minimize surface pressure exerted on the user. In addition, a high-density base foam and visco-elastic topper serve to enhance comfort and situate the user at a moderate angle from front to back.
