Measuring 20" square, the beginner Rocker Board is designed to train users on single plane movements with an angle of 14 degrees. The intermediate Wobble Board is adjustable across three tilt angles of 10, 12, and 15 degrees, with a full 360 degree range. The advanced Wobble Board has tilt angles of 15, 17, and 20 degrees, as well as a full 360 degree range. Its five-inch polyurethane hemisphere can be easily removed to accommodate a 3/4" spacer, thereby varying the tilt angles of the Wobble Boards. This product is latex-free.
